Bought a camera but it sucks. The video is ok but i need to set it up in the kitchen. Still working on it and I will have posts soon!
I cured some wild sockeye salmon in fresh dill, coase sea salt, whole black pepper and Gin. Yes Gin. In 3 days i will rinse and slice very thin. This is very tasty on bagel and cream cheese.
Well I left the salmon cure a little to long but soaking it i water for 30 min toataly helped dilute the salt. it tasted so good.
